As regards our standard series, we test our products at our clients' premises on machinery running 3 shifts a day, 7 days a week, before launching them on the market. 1 RELIABILITY AND EFFICIENCY
The company offers ten standard product series, with the ARNO series our flagship due to its flexibility in application, being well suited to a vast range of different installations. The ARNO series was launched in 2000 to satisfy the requirements of intensive production in terms of robustness - it was designed not to malfunction as a result of long term operation (vibration), and be quick and easy to service when needed. Reliability is a core value - indeed, enjoy a claims rate of just 0.01%, which is a negligible amount.
2 EXTREME MODULARITY
To enable an immediate entry point for clients and countries for whom price is key; modularity is a basic concept in our product offering. This is the outcome of multiple complementary needs. As said above, in the design of our products and services we aim, in our already niche market, to solve problems related to air pollution in intensive production workshops, working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For such clients, robustness, reliability, low, easy maintenance without downtime - these are the key considerations, which no-one was meeting at the time. Consider that in the automotive industry, both image and compliance with all health and safety regulations are of absolute importance. Generally once a year, regulated by filter clogging indicators. For years our technicians have been doing maintenance at our clients' premises; once the overhaul is finished, we issue a declaration attesting its completion.
6 RESIDUAL CONCENTRAION OF POLLUTANT AT THE OUTLET OF THE AIR CLEANER < 0.1 MG/M³
We advise our clients, when all machines are equipped with purifiers, and one time only, to run a certified third party environmental analysis. In companies which have done so, the certifying bodies have confirmed that the residual pollutant concentration in the workshop runs at around 0.1 mg/m³. Note that the values accepted by local health authorities vary from region to region. However, in general a value of 0.5 - 1 mg/m³ is considered acceptable.
7 CONTAINING CO2 EMISSIONS
The increasing levels of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere are driving the greenhouse effect and hence raising mean global temperatures, which eco-systems are not able to react to in time. We calculate that each 1700 m3/h unit installed yields CO2 reductions of 9000 kg/year.
8 REDUCING FIXED COSTS
The possibility of considerable energy savings. Our products yield considerable cost savings, given the fixed expense of workshop air conditioning. In other words, conveying air outdoors requires heating (winter) and cooling (summer) plant to run continuously; to which must be added that the pollution caused by civil and industrial heating is one of the major contributors to environmental pollution.

Every air purifier must be equipped as standard supply with high efficiency filters rated class E - EPA or very high efficiency filters rated class H - HEPA in observance of the European EN 1822 standard. AR FILTRAZIONI has been installing such filters on its products as standard supply for years; each of them is identified by class and batch date. The company has dedicated time and resources to research into the highest quality of this type of filter, since the quality thereof is key to their long service life and hence containment of maintenance/replacement/disposal intervals. The quality of the filters with which AR FILTRAZIONI units are equipped is demonstrated by an analysis of the typical uses of this type of filter: E10 - E11 compressed air filters for high environmental quality installations: laboratories, pharmaceutical, residential care.
